Minimalist, Film-Focused Itinerary for Intimate Weddings

Description

This itinerary is designed to balance the live guest experience with video/photo documentation, ensuring that the filming process never disrupts the flow of the event. It begins with a relaxed guest check-in, followed by a streamlined, seamless ceremony. The schedule allows for natural, unobtrusive filming angles, avoiding staged poses that consume time. After the ceremony, guests transition to a casual meal, during which candid, spontaneous moments are captured. A brief group photo is taken toward the end of the meal, concluding the event. There are no dedicated, time-consuming “filming sessions”; instead, the priority is the guests’ live experience, resulting in authentic and natural visual documentation. This approach is ideal for couples who want to preserve memories on film without letting the production process dictate the flow of their wedding.
